I had a dream the other night.
I was at a Huge movie theatre. It was about the size of Chicago O'Hare airport. It actually had the feal of an airport eventhough it was a multiplex. This wasn't just any huge multiplex though, it was connected to somesort of Netflix facility, so that you could go up to the ticket counter and request to see pretty much any movie that was ever made. There were tons of people bustling here and there and droves just standing in many short lines to buy snacks or tickets. It was odd to see people at an airport without lots of baggage. I went up to the counter and requested a movie called Outcast (aparently it was somesort of obscure cult classic/documentary). The lady behind the counter clicked it into the computer and a little ticket poped out of the slot. I got out my pirate ID case (one of my wallets) that I carry money in, handed over the cash, put my wallet on the counter and dug around in my pockets for my other wallet to get out my reeldeal card. As I was searching, the man next to me who was leaning on the counter picked up my pirate ID case and began looking at it up close. I just started to whale on the guy saying, "Hey thats mine! Is it an annoying habit of yours to just nick any wallet that apears under your nose?" and snatched it back. The lady behind the counter said that no one else had requested that particular film, so I will be in small theatre 4E all alone. Thoroughly put off by the thief, I sauntered through the atrium, glancing at the shops and other movie goers as I made my way to small theatre 4E. When I found 4E I went up to the double doors into the theatre and opened the one on the right. Just as I placed one foot into the theatre I realized I had walked into the wrong place. Every face in the large room snaped to stare in my direction as if they knew I was in the wrong theater, as if they knew I wasn't like the croud (wouldn't assimilate into the norms of cool and trend) who were watching the latest movie that teaches you not to think for yourself in a way that hides the fact that you are being brainwashed by society. I had a great feeling of "oh well", and turned around and found a sign that said "small theatre 4E" next to the door to the right of "large theatre 4E" that I had just walked into. I walked into it, sat down just left of the middle of the single row of 8 seats in the room, and the lights dimmed as the movie started.
